Welcome to A Wellbeing Journey

A Wellbeing Journey is an evolving lifestyle hub sharing ideas and information about resources, books, and experiences, to improve wellness and wellbeing. Focus areas include holistic wellbeing (mental, physical, and emotional), body positivity, and recovering powerfully post trauma. 

The health and wellness space can be daunting, particularly if you are over 50, overweight, post menopause, or recovering post cancer treatment. A Wellbeing Journey was created as a safe, positive, place to encourage exploring new ideas and experimenting with new techniques, to see what works for you, being patient and kind to yourself in the process. 

Even when we feel broken we are not, and the tools and actions we each need to move forward are different. Everyone's journey is unique and there often is no quick, easy, fix, to heal from the inside out - but it is possible.
