INSPIRING WELLNESS, WELLBEING AND VITALITY

Introduction
After having my health and fitness hit an all time low after turning 50, post menopause, and post breast cancer treatment, I found myself searching for a new way forward.
Not to lessen the importance of good food and exercise as I know they matter, and they are on my list of things to 'do better', but I felt like I was looking for information, tools, and experiences, to help me heal from the inside out - mentally, emotionally, and physically.
When I thought about what I really wanted it was to feel authentic wellness, wellbeing, and vitality.
A Wellbeing Journey was started as part of my quest for vitality, to help increase my focus on wellbeing and body positivity, and to inspire me to move forward powerfully to embrace Life 2.0.
Regardless of how fit, or not, we were when we were younger, for many of us day to day movement was easy. Scarily that can change quickly as we age and take a real toll on our quality of life. Where possible I believe everyone wants to stay healthy and active enough to do what brings us joy, whether that's catching up over coffee, wandering on the beach, being out and about with loved ones, or exploring the planet.
A major goal for me is to become 'travel fit' again, as I absolutely love to travel and want to be able to enjoy seeing as much of the world as possible.
I hope that some of what I share may one day help someone else on their health, fitness, wellness, and wellbeing journey, particularly in the context of cancer recovery.
